Best Ways to Reduce Hyperpigmentation

I think they did a great job making an educational video about hyperpigmentation! I personally suffer from hyperpigmentation due to leftover acne spots and scars.

2% Hydroquinone spot treatments are  over the counter products, but is however banned in Europe as OTC. You need a prescription for it.

I decided to ask my mom, who lives in the US, to send me over Paula's Choice 2% Hydroquinone Triple Action Dark Spot Remover. It's something that needs to be used for a long period of time to have any results. However, it isn't something to use long term, as in years, because isn't made for that.

As they say in the video, The Ordinary, has some great alternatives that work against hyperpigmentation and brighten the skin.
