Skin softening soap

In winter my hands get very dry from all the times I wash them. I could use skin lotion to make them soft but I don't like the feeling of lotions. Are there liquid soaps that both clean the skin and makes it soft?

Try not to use dish soap to wash your hands, that really dries mine out!

I never do. We have some Nivea or Dove liquid soap.

I usually use soap and then moisturize with cream after separately. It uses more resources, but the cream feels nicer I think.
